  3. Make it easy on your self. Assume he works 1 hours per day and he earns 1 dollar per hour. This means is working hours increases by 1.20*1 hour/day and his wages increase by 1.15 dollars/hour. Therefore, his daily wages increase by (1.20hour/day)*(1.15dollars/hour)=1.38dollars/day. So his total wages have increased by 38%.
